AB Texel has enjoyed a boom since 1989 with increasing emphasis on international business. In addition to the head office on the island of Texel, the company also has offices in a number of European countries (see contact list). However, we do not see international growth as an objective, but mainly as a means of providing our customers with a better service. Our main business is the transportation of agricultural products and that is where we want to excel. The core business of this form of transportation is the transportation of bulk agricultural products in hopper trucks. At present we have about 400 of these on the road. We also provide transportation for products in insulated box-trailers and transport for products such as flower bulbs and sugar beet.
